Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and dedicated PGT Teachers to join our team for Classes 11 to 12. The candidate will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment for senior secondary students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging subject lessons for Classes 11 to 12
- Prepare lesson plans, study material, and teaching aids
- Assess and track student progress and performance
- Guide students on board exam preparation and career planning
- Maintain student records and academic reports
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
- Coordinate with other teachers and academic staff
- Participate in school events, orientation, and activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound subject knowledge for Senior Secondary level (Class 11–12)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with students, parents, and staff
- Prior teaching experience is preferred
Qualifications
- Post Graduate, B.Ed (compulsory)
