Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, patient, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their early developmental and learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for pre-primary children
- Foster development of motor, cognitive, social, and language skills
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and track each child’s development and behaviour
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
- Coordinate with other teachers and academic staff
- Participate in school events, orientation, and activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and nurturing nature with young children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with children, parents, and staff
- Prior experience with pre-primary/early childhood education is preferred
Qualifications
- Graduate
- Montessori Trained
- ECCE or equivalent
