  • The above mentioned Tuition fees is based on the Provisional Order of the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC). Any adjustments in tuition fees, will be as per the final order of Supreme Court.
  • As per the FRC rules, the Term Fees include Library, Laboratory, Sports Fees, etc.
  • Please note that Co-curricular activities are offered by school at NO EXTRA Cost.
  • For the Year 2024-25, a rebate of 1000/- per term towards Term Fee is offered from the Management.

a)Tuition Fees are to be paid in 4 installments by PDC in the name of ‘DIVYA JYOT SCHOOL’ as per the following dates:  5th April 2024, 5th June 2024, 5th September 2024, 5th December2024.

b)Term Fees are to be paid in 2 installments by PDC in the name of ‘SHANTABA EDUCATION TRUST’ as per the following dates:  5th April 2024 and 5th September 2024.

c)For all new admissions, One time Non Refundable Admission / Registration Charges are payable.

d) Please write the full name of your child, Std. (of year 2024-25) and your phone number clearly on the backside of all the cheques.

e)   Late Fee of Rs.20/- per day will be charged from due dates.

f) In case of a cheque being returned by the bank for any reason, a re-processing charge of Rs. 500/- +Rs.20/- per day will be applicable. The returned cheque will not be presented in bank again from school.

g) Charges for Uniform, Books, Transportation, External Examinations, Excursions will be extra as per actual.

h)   Annual Increment in Fees will be approximately in the range of 5% to 10%

Sibling Benefit :

A special discount of Rs. 2500/- (two thousand five hundred) is provided for younger siblings studying in Divya Jyot School. This is applicable from the second year of the admission in Divya Jyot.

Note :   This benefit is ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SIBLING (REAL BROTHER & SISTER) when both are studying between Jr. Kg to Std 10. (Not applicable for Std XI or XII). This benefit is Not applicable for cousin or anyone else.

Transport Facility:

Parents who wish to avail School Transport facility for their ward need to contact the Transport Manager to confirm the same and submit Transport Request Form along with cheques for Transportation Charges.

Fees Refund Policy

a) If Admission is withdrawn before 15th February 2024, full amount paid towards Tuition Fee is refunded.

b) If Admission is withdrawn after 15th February 2024, the Registration Charge & the 1st Qtr Fees will not be refunded.

c)   If Admission is withdrawn after the commencement of academic year, 3 months Tuition Fees from the date of the Withdrawal Application is to be paid.

d)   Leaving / Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues as per this clause.

e) Refund of Fees if applicable will be processed within 3 months after the withdrawal application is submitted along with valid bank details of the parent & their ID proof.

  4. For Preprimary students, charges for Winter Jacket is not included in the charges mentioned above.
    It will be charged extra according to individual size.
  5. Transportation charges & charges for Personality Development & Skill Enrichment Program will be extra.
    Check with the office for the charges.
    Transport Charges are to be paid in 2 installments – 5th April,2023 & 5th October,2023
    Full year fees for Transport will be payable in case of availing School Transport from mid-session.
  6. Admission will be confirmed only after final interaction with the Principal/Director.
  7. In case of cancellation of admission, the Registration Charge & 1 Qtr Fees will not be refunded.
  8. In case of withdrawal, parent needs to inform the school at least three months in advance or pay the equivalent fees for the next three months. Leaving / Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues as per this clause.
